NHL Draft: Alexis Lafreniere goes first overall followed by Quinton Byfield, and Tim Stuetzle

The NHL Draft had a different feel to it with selections being made by masked personnel virtually. Commissioner Gary Bettman made an announcement about next season targeting a Jan 1st start.

The New York Rangers kicked it off by selecting LW, Alexis Lafreniere of the Rimouski Oceanic.
