New Jersey Devils P.K. Subban announces on social media he has COVID-19

New Jersey Devils star defenseman P.K. Subban announced on social media that he has COVID-19. “Alright Subbanator here – this COVID got right in my kitchen,” he said while looking like he was sitting in his tub. “This COVID thing hit me pretty hard but just battling though it. Just remember to take care of yourselves… and I definitely will be back in the mix soon. What’s up kids.”

New Jersey Devils P.K. Subban out with COVID

The 31 year-old defenseman was added to the COVID protocol list on Tuesday. In the video Subban appears to be doing well all things considered. This season, he has 19 points in 44 games on a struggling Devils team. P.K.also has one year remaining on his contract that comes with a $9 million AAV. He does not have a no trade clause and it is rumored that he will be exposed to the Seattle Kraken in the expansion draft.
